IFML launched five machine learning camps with the UT Computer Science Summer Academies, serving 300 students, ages 14–17, in the Academy for Women, Academy for All, and Academy for Game Development. Students focused on the fundamentals of AI, learned about Neural Network Language Models and used 'Write with Transformer' for a hands-on activity.
Wichita State University organized a day-long AI/ML summer camp that introduced students to the principles of supervised learning, image classification, computer vision, and Natural Language Processing through a variety of hands-on exercises.
